Module 1 : Work Policies & Daily Routines
This module covers Qiscus’ core policies that directly relate to QFolks daily work life, including overtime arrangements, leave entitlements, health benefits, and the use of GreatDay as the internal HR system. Understanding these policies helps ensure that every QFolks works with clarity, comfort, and in alignment with company regulations.

Module 2 : Growth & Performance
This module focuses on how Qiscus supports QFolks’ growth and performance through structured performance review processes. By understanding these processes, QFolks are expected to actively participate in their development journey, receive feedback constructively, and align their performance with team and company goals.

Module 3 : Rewards & Recognition
This module highlights how Qiscus appreciates and recognizes QFolks through various reward and recognition programs. By understanding these programs, QFolks can better appreciate the value of their contributions, participate in company initiatives, and make the most of the benefits provided by Qiscus.

Module 4 : Work Support & Administration
This module covers key administrative and operational support that enables QFolks to work effectively at Qiscus. By understanding these processes, QFolks can manage company assets responsibly and navigate business travel arrangements in an organized and compliant manner.

Evaluation
This evaluation is conducted in the form of a quiz to assess QFolks’ understanding of the materials covered in the Qiscus People Playbook. The quiz is designed to measure how well QFolks understand the policies, processes, and ways of working explained throughout the modules. To pass the evaluation, QFolks must achieve a minimum score of 80. Those who do not meet the passing score may be required to review the materials and retake the quiz.
