The Omnichannel Chat dashboard has a Contact menu which is used to store data from customers who have been added to the contact list. The Contact feature has two versions, namely Contact version 1.0 and Contact version 2.0. For both versions, there are different features, namely the Customer Group menu which is located on the Contact menu page.
